Very good service, I loved outstanding food.
I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was clean, also it included coffee/tea making equipment, flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities.

Liked our 3 nights stay. The hotel was in a particularly good location, in stores that we like in the area. And it was also just next door to the large Pallisades mall and several eating areas, the bar/restaurant and an HUGE shopping center...

rooms were nice and big very comfortable
the fact that if you eat there they automatically added 20%to the bill as a gratuity along with a $2.50 charge it stopped us eating there we like to reward service if it is merited not be forced to pay it

The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had nice decor.
No complimentary bottled water in room. Through booking, I am to get late check out and when I called for clean towels so that I can shower again, the receptionists felt it necessary to mention that I missed check out. I reminded her that it was my second time calling for towels that had not arrived within the 20 minutes of the first call.

Breakfast would have been nice to be included but instead is $14 per person

Upon check in we were given warm chocolate chip cookies and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was recently renovated and everything looks very new and clean. Our king size bed was comfortable and the bartender at the Windsor Grille was cheerful.
Just down the hall from our room was a a loud sweet 16, but other than the kids running up and down the halls screaming it wasnt too disturbing. The worst of our one night stay was the fire alarm going off at 2am, which was terrifying at first and then quickly became annoying and left us somewhat shaken so we couldnt fall back asleep until about 430am. I feel that some sort of compensation to all the guests should have been offered, but all in all my stay wasnt bad.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room was quite nice although in the future, I will book the suite with the whirlpool bath - I didn't realize there was such a size difference.
This is not a reflection of the hotel but rather my own booking incompetence. I booked online rather than directly through the hotel and as it turned out, friends we visited with received a much better rate and had larger rooms. Bummer for us but lesson learned.

Location.
Fire alarm went off at approx. 2:00am at which time all residents had to evacuate in sub zero weather. Smoke detector did not have working light. Concerning for hearing impaired guests. Passed guests with handicapped elderly relative that were severely challenged when on non-ground floor in wheelchair. Will refunds/credits be given?

The room was very clean with a nice bed and the shade that kept the light out was awesome. The free cookies and coffee was nice also.

I had a lovely time , especially enjoying the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in and the cozy vibe of the lobby. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I also appreciated the hot tub for some extra relaxation. While the room felt a bit dated in spots, everything wasnice and neat were nice
